 Located at the heart of Carrollton, GA – The Maple Street Mansion’s Banquet Hall- we are an event planning venue that caters to the community of Carrollton, GA and surrounding areas. Our facility is a state of the art 4,000 sq. ft banquet facility where you can host professional seminars, corporate award ceremonies, weddings, family reunions, church benefits, association fund-raisers, quinceañeras, parties for birthdays, graduations, retirements, anniversaries, and any other private events.

However, we are not just an ordinary venue! Our onsite boutique houses event attire and memorabilia that will be sure to make your event an amazing occasion. Our event decorator and graphic design artist are here to provide services to tailor each event to be special and unique in representation of you!

Special Event Information

(Applicable to all non-wedding events)

 Payments an Pricing Guarantee.

An initial payment of 50% is required to reserve your date. 10 days prior to your event the remaining payment is due and a credit card authorization form will be required for incidentals. All payments are applied to your final balance. If your guest count exceeds the number of guaranteed guests during the event, we will charge an additional  $45 per person to be charged to the credit card on file. 

My Houston Design Studio will honor the prices in place at time of booking for events for up to 12 months.


We ask all guest to use parking located directly in-front of Suite C, the entrance to the Grand Ballroom. All vehicles must be remove before 1 am. My Houston Design Studio is not responsible for any vehicle or property before, during and after the day of the event. 

Send-Off Fanfare 

All send-offs at the end of a wedding and all events must take place on the outside of the building and cannot take place under the covered breezeway. All send-off items must be approved by My Houston Design Studio for liability reasons.  My Houston Design Studio is not responsible for any damage and injury cause by send-off items apply to all events and no exception.

Vendor Policy

Vendors will have access to the venue two (2) hours prior to event start time and two (2) after the event.  $150/hr for additional time.  Events must end by 10:00 p.m.

CEREMONY RENTAL FEES INCLUDE A two hour rehearsal time may be scheduled the day before or day of the ceremony. The time of the rehearsal will be determined thirty days prior to the wedding. An indoor ceremony will include banquet chairs with your choice of poly cotton chair covers and satin sash in an array of colors. We will also include tables for gifts, unity candle or sand and guest book with your choice of linen and skirting color.  


The indoor banquet hall will serve as the backup location and will be booked in conjunction with your ceremony in case of inclement weather. The inclement weather decision must be made four hours in advance of the scheduled arrival time of your guests for the ceremony. Four hours prior to the event should www.weatherchannel.com predict a 30% chance of rain or greater either (2) hours prior to the event start time or any time during the event, My Houston Design Studio reserved the right to relocate the function to an indoor location. If this decision is delayed or overturned by the event organizer, the event organizer accepts full responsibility and a refund will not be provided.


To secure your date, a signed contract and 50% of the estimated charges is required.  25% of that payment will serve as a non-refundable deposit. Final payment is due (30) thirty business days prior to your wedding. A credit card authorization form must be completed (30) thirty days prior to the event for any additional charges incurred.
